Shipping Policy

At FitsFans, we take pride in crafting high-quality, professional-grade custom jerseys. Because each item is meticulously stitched to order, our shipping and handling process is divided into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

1. Order Cut-off Time

• Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

2. Production & Handling Time 

• Custom Stitched Items: As each jersey requires professional embroidery and tackle twill application, the production time typically takes 7-9 business days.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-customized items are processed within 1-2 business days.

3. Transit Time & Shipping Rates

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your gear arrives safely.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Transit Time.

4. Shipping Destinations

All FitsFans orders are custom-made and shipped directly from our production and fulfillment facility located in China.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@fitsfans.com.

5. Tracking Your Order 

Once your jersey has been stitched and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

6. Tax and Customs Duties

• For US Orders: Prices shown on our website are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
