Refund & Returns Policy

At FitsFans, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our professional-grade custom jerseys. Because each item is uniquely tailored with specific names, numbers, and designs, our return policy differs from standard off-the-shelf retail products.
1. Custom Products Policy
- Final Sale: Every customized jersey (including those with specific names, numbers, or custom patches) is made specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect or a customization error on our part.
- Order Modifications: You have 2 hours from the time of purchase to request changes to your customization or to cancel your order. Once the production process (stitching and embroidery) has begun, we can no longer modify or cancel the order.
2. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our quality. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement if:
- Manufacturing Defects: There is visible damage to the fabric, severe embroidery unraveling, or structural issues.
- Customization Errors: The name, number, or design on the jersey does not match the information provided in your original order.
- Size Mismatch: The dimensions of the jersey deviate significantly (more than +/- 1 inch) from our official Size Chart specifications.
How to File a Claim: Please contact us at support@fitsfans.com within 7 days of receiving your package. You must include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect customization.
3. Sizing Policy
- Each customer is responsible for selecting the correct size using our provided Size Guide.
- If a jersey is manufactured according to the measurements in our Size Chart but does not fit the customer’s personal preference (e.g., feels too loose or too tight), it is not eligible for return or exchange.
- We highly recommend measuring a jersey you already own before placing your order.
4. Refund Processing
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund once approved. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping
- For Defective/Incorrect Items: FitsFans will cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements.
- For Other Approved Returns: If a return is granted under special circumstances not related to quality, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
