1. PRODUCT & QUALITY
- What makes FitsFans jerseys different? Unlike common heat-pressed or sublimated jerseys, we specialize in Professional Tackle Twill Embroidery. Every name, number, and logo is meticulously stitched directly onto the fabric, providing a premium 3D texture and long-lasting durability.
- What materials do you use? We use 100% Recycled Polyester. Our fabric is engineered for high performance—it’s breathable, moisture-wicking, and rugged enough for both on-ice action and off-ice style.
- Will the embroidery fall off over time? No. Because our customization is stitched (sewn) rather than glued or ironed, it will not peel, crack, or fade, even after multiple washes.
2. CUSTOMIZATION
- Can I customize any name and number? Yes! You have full creative control. You can choose any name and any number for the back of your jersey. Please ensure all spellings are correct before submitting your order.
- How do I provide my customization details? Simply enter your desired name and number in the customization box provided on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
- Can I change my customization after placing an order? You have 24 hours to contact our support team at support@fitsfans.com to request changes. After 24 hours, the production process begins, and we cannot make further modifications.
3. SIZING & FIT
- How do your jerseys fit? Our jerseys feature a "Pro-Fit" cut, which is slightly looser to accommodate hockey pads. If you are buying it for casual streetwear, we recommend referring to our Size Guide or sizing down.
- Do you offer youth sizes? Yes, we carry a full range of sizes from Youth S/M to Adult 5XL to ensure every fan gets the perfect fit.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- How long does it take to get my jersey? Since each jersey is custom-stitched, please allow 5-7 business days for production. Standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days, while expedited options take 5-8 business days.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, FitsFans ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Can I return a custom jersey? Because customized jerseys are uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a customization error on our part. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
